The City of Las Cruces has reported on Day 3 of its Developing Youth Leaders Academy, which features a tour of significant locations in the city. Participants visited the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, various public art installations, and multiple museums including the Museum of Nature and Science, Museum of Art, and Branigan Cultural Center. Additionally, the group explored the historic Rio Grande Theatre. City officials noted the importance of the program in engaging youth and fostering a sense of community through collaboration among different city departments.
