The City of Las Cruces has acknowledged the excellent teamwork displayed by Juan Ramirez and Jim Ortega from Roadrunner Transit during a recent hiring recruitment process. An HR Analyst noted that Juan and Jim maintained a positive attitude, demonstrated flexibility, and respected the partnership during each phase of the hiring process. Their effective summarization of recommendations was praised, ensuring the administrative team had all necessary information to proceed smoothly.

The HR Analyst team expressed their appreciation by extending kudos to Jim and Juan for their exemplary leadership, which sets a high standard for Roadrunner Transit.
